The Cubs' win made it 1-1 in the best-of five series that shifts to Chicago for the third game on Monday. The Cubs took advantage of sloppy play by the top-seeded Cardinals and some daring strategy, posting five runs helped by two St. Louis errors, a stolen base, two squeeze bunts and a booming home run by Jorge Soler.
