Resetting Win Rate For Maps Monthly?

So I notice people at time's only pick maps for their "success rate" and I was wondering if the staff would consider resetting it to where people's choice of vote would be much different and we would play different maps at least? It's seems people choose maps for just the reward of points for winning. But that's just my input and I don't really know if this would be important to think about or not? Just a thought i had today wondering what you guys think?
