"We want to receive documents in order to assess whether the Privacy Shield can answer the privacy concerns raised," Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin, chair of the working party told a news conference, adding she hoped to receive such information by the end of February. European and U.S. negotiators finally agreed a data pact on Tuesday to replace the Safe Harbour framework used by over 4,000 firms to transfer Europeans' data to the United States, that was outlawed by a top EU court last year.
