ReplySF
Well, last night I ordered a new computer. It's the new Alienware Aurora. It's going to be here on 11/5 (estimated), and I'm curious if it's any good. Power Supply: Alienware 875 Watt Multi-GPU Approved Power Supply Processor: Intel® CoreTM i7 920 2.66GHz (8MB Cache) Quad Core Processor RAM: 6GB Triple-Channel 1067MHz DDR3 Graphic Cards: Dual 1.8GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 260 192 Core2 Motherboard: Alienware Approved Intel® X58 mATX Motherboard Operating System: Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium 64-Bit What type of stuff do you think that computer could handle? Just so you don't have to say it: 1. I know Alienware is over priced to people, I like it though. 2. I know I copied this stuff from the site, it's all there though. Well, any feedback is nice. Thanks. Also, if anyone's curious of how much it was. It was about $1700 but with the monitor it was almost $1830, then the tax and everything made it go to $1970. G.K.M.Y
Terry Taco could have put together a comp for 1/2 the price with 2x the capabilities Is that the case? I should get Terry to look at my computer. It's not -that- old and it still runs fine, but it'd be interesting. I wish I knew more about this stuff or followed up on it more. But then, lazy... ReplySF
It'd run smooth like sex on a slip-n-slide. Yes, then it would run smooth. Unless the slip-n-slide was made out of wood.
