Part-GTY-502468144-1-1-1.jpgMiami Heat guard Beno Udrih will undergo surgery on his right foot and is expected to miss three months, the NBA club announced Wednesday. The 33-year-old Slovenian suffered a torn plantar plate in his foot in Miami's 101-93 overtime victory over Indiana on Monday and an MRI exam Tuesday revealed the need for surgery. Unless the Heat should manage to reach the NBA Finals, Udrih would not recover in time to return until next season.
