Make Votezlist And Votekick A Teamvote

I been getting tired when someone on the humans side of the team is trolling and when we either start a votekick or zlist against them, the zombie team will also vote and their vote is the opposite of the humans. I feel the same way when zombies also have a troll and we try to kick but humans voters have to press "No". I want votekick and zlist to only be an option to which team the vote was started on. If someone from zombie team started the vote then humans shouldn't be able to vote for at all, and same goes for zombies, they shouldn't be able to vote on human votes. Many people also been complaining about this and I really want to help out so this wont have to be problem in the future.

Thank you Face Guy I didn't know all that completely and i think your idea of vote boss would be great, especially by preventing troll zombies from being boss.

Zlist already has been for the human team only. Zombies can't vote for it. It's only the vote kicks that are universal, because sometimes it's a vote that includes everyone-- for example, if someone is mic spamming, it concerns everyone. Most people will vote yes anyway if it is legit mic spamming.

 

Maybe adding a new vote option? What about a Voteboss or something. What the command would do is basically a zlist but for zombie bosses. If someone is trolling the bosses, the vote is done on the zombie side and will blacklist the person from going boss for the map.

 

but if someone on the zombie team is micspamming the humans wont hear it. Maybe a vote mute/gag could become a thing thats team only

There was an idea for it, but it can be abused EASILY. That's why we have moderators.

 

But mods arent always on, Gold is uncommon in gmod, and a mod/gold can only do team chat and voice chat for the team theyre on which is usually human because Golds and Mods are usually people who've been around long enough to be good.
