Cman3144 Posted March 22, 2016 Share Posted March 22, 2016 (edited) A Civilian Radio For Voice Chat. This radio would work just like the cop radio but with a few addition features. Those features would be such as a frequency and you would need to go around to the gas station to get a radio. A Civilian radio would allow for multiple people to talk to each other together.
