Part-GTY-518302202-1-1-0.jpgLos Angeles Lakers forward Julius Randle was fined $15,000 by the NBA on Friday for making an obscene gesture after sinking a game-winning shot against the Miami Heat. Randle made a hook shot with 1.9 seconds remaining in over-time in the Lakers' 102-100 victory over the Heat on Wednesday in Los Angeles and then made the groin-cupping gesture.
