Petroy Petroy
Make it so that cops are able to use battering rams on vehicles without a warrant. However, as for owned property, I think a new and improved warrant system would be better to prevent cases of cop abuse.

Petroy Petroy
have people been experiencing this problem? Sorry, I haven't made myself clear. As of now, cops are unable to use battering rams unless given a warrant. When there is no police chief or mayor on, they are at an disadvantage trying to uphold the law. I was proposing that we remove the warrant restriction on the ability to use a battering ram for cops. However, while removing the restriction might be okay for trying to get people out of their cars, having the ability to do it on owned property may cause increase cases of cop abuse. I'm for removing the restriction for cars, but I don't know where to stand for having the ability to use the battering ram on owned property w/o a warrant. Adam Cole
Would it be possible for you to clarify why you would want to battering ram someone out without a warrant? (For the record)
