Yeah, that's not the rule. The rule is that sometimes the rep will show as double versus what you actually have. When you spend what you don't actually have and the db catches up and notices, you then go in to the negative and owe us rep. It's not a big deal but if you don't even up with the house, Burnt The Rep Collector will pay you a visit in the JB server and do inappropriate things to you in dungeon.
