I was permabanned from our TS3 server; I was sitting in "Strategy"(i think, somewhere in that vicinity) channel and decided to switch servers to join a friend, when I tried to reconnect to voice.hellsgamers.com:2012 , I was perm'ed. From what I can tell/was told someone was able to connect to our server using my IP (idk how) and was banned, which resulted in my "Ace" ID being perm'ed as well. I have a couple of screenshots showing my TS3 ID's + idiot using my ISP if that helps resolve anything. One of my idiot friends used his phone to connect to our server using ts3 app. Even if he used my LAN idk how it banned my machine's IP/client ID, that's all I know as of now.
