Champ Kind
OAKMONT, Pennsylvania, June 19 (Reuters) - Dustin Johnson, seeking major redemption after several near-misses in recent years, won the U.S. Open on Sunday amid uncertainty over his victory margin. The long-hitting American, seeking his first grand slam crown, played clutch golf under intense pressure on a brutally difficult layout at Oakmont Country Club as he carded a two-under-par 68 to post a five-under total of 276, pending a review of a possible rules violation that might incur a one-shot penalty.
