I agree with you to the point that he is incredible shaky. I think that he might just be screwing around or just weird =/ As for these "crazy shots", he didnt make any. Out of the 5 kills he had, there was not a single headshot. I really dont see what you did to request a ban for this guy besides that he was shaky.
