does anyone know free benchmarks i can run to test my PC? if so please help

Depends on the kind of Benchmarks you need, but for general PC use --

Novabench

 

For specifically GPU stresstesting --

The free version of 3DMark

 

For your processor --

Prime95 (Also good for testing sticks of RAM, just keep one in at a time and see if your PC crashes.)

 

And for Hard Drives --

CrystalDiskMark

For Hard Drive/SSD I would also suggest Crystal Disk Mark: http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskMark/index-e.html

 

They are all free.
