CS:GO What server? 10 Man/PugMod How long ago did this take place? 2 hours 46 minutes Give us a brief description of the incident. Things got heated in a 10 Man and after some thought was friendly/funny chat messages between rounds was banned for "Spamming". I sent 7 messages over 4 minutes between rounds which would not be qualified as spam. Maybe a Gag would have been justified but not a Ban. Also in same game there was some minor things that werent needed like changing of names like "DemotedTonight" and hypers name to "I'm a dumbass". during previous "Spamming" ban right before the ban occured he was egging on a response for the ban by saying things like "so try it again" "go for it" "Let's see". I made this abuse report because I feel my ban was unjust and that just because you are heated from a game doesn't mean you can just ban someone. According to rules something like this even if it was to be handeled it should have been a gag, Not Ban. You are lucky you didn't get demoted after this. Yes I was mad. You already know i'm pissed because teams were purposely got stacked against me and your spamming after got really annoying. Instead of just playing the damn game, you have to paste your stupid bind after every single kill to egg us on. On top of that you are using an auto-sniper. As for the name changing, I was joking around with HyperActive. I've known HyperActive for years and if he felt disrespected or anything he would've reported me, but he didn't. Even me and Suicide joke around by changing each others names. It didn't effect anyone's gameplay at all. After, I told you not to spam anymore binds you proceed to tell me "but I have 30 more binds" and not taking my warning serious at all. So I'm not going to waste my time by gagging when you aren't even taking the situation serious in the first place, I'm just going to get rid of the troll (you). That's all I have to say. With the name changing, It's just not needed in 10 mans and as I said in the ban report I have no binds just some fun things i have found, I said i had more because you were egging on more and seemed at the time to be having fun, I guess i was wrong, But i did not say any more of the stupid "Binds" after you said to stop. And for not taking the time to gag is no excuse, All mods/staff/higher should follow procedure and not just ban on how they feel in the moment(As in the moment you were heated and just wanted to get rid of me). Lastly, Like i said in ban report, you cant hold things i did a year and a half ago + against me as I have come clean on those and worked very hard to try and be a good part of this community. I guess me telling you to "stop spamming binds" means I want you to share more with me. After I warned you, you replied with a smart ass comment "but I have like 30 more binds". Everything handled by leadership is a case by case basis. I was heated, but did I ban you for the team stack? No..... you were banned for spamming after every kill you got. It's part of your history, of course i'm going to keep this into consideration when dealing with people like you. It just shows how long you've been around and still can't follow basic rules.
