Tack Posted March 25, 2017 Share Posted March 25, 2017 Laws Here are the default laws you must follow in-game, unless you want to be arrested or ticketed. 1. Murder/Attempted Murder/Assault Obvious one, killing other players is strictly against the law and expect an arrest or an arrest warrant. 2. Possession of Illegal weapons Rifles, sub-machine guns and shotguns when equipped in public are strictly illegal at all times and are arrest on sight. (Note; Shotguns are still LEGAL to sell. While rifle ammo is illegal. Lockpicks and Molotovs are also illegal) 3. Robbery Stealing any object off of other players is strictly against the law. 4. Speeding and other traffic laws Traffic lights and traffic signs are in effect, if caught violating these you may get a ticket. Speed limits are also in effect. 6. Public Damage Causing public damage is illegal, for example damaging a government vehicle or starting a fire. 7. Disorderly Conduct/Anti-social behavior You causing a nuisance to other players or to the public is strictly illegal. Some examples include standing in the middle of the road, causing traffic, abusive behavior to other people, threatening people, shooting, punching, etc... 8. Dangerous driving Whilst driving you are expected to roleplay, if you are driving on the wrong side of the road, hitting other cars etc. you may be arrested. 9. Excessively misusing 911/Wasting police time If you continue to call 911 for stupid reasons or alerting police of fake situations you may be arrested. 10. Kidnapping Kidnapping the mayor is against the law and you may be arrested or killed. 11. Harboring a Fugitive Holding any wanted citizens inside your home or vehicle is against the law and you may be arrested. 12. Illegal substances Growing, holding, selling or buying any illegal substances is against the law and you may be arrested. Illegal substances include Weed, cocaine or any illegal drugs. Buying and selling can only be acted upon if the transfer is visible or publicly heard. 13. Illegal parking You may park on the side of the street, make sure you park on the side of the road by touching the curb or being halfway on the curb. If you park your car terribly, park it in the middle of the street etc you will be ticketed and potentially towed. 14. Probable Cause This means that if an officer visually sees you breaking a law on private property, he is allowed to enter or get a warrant and take action.w 15. Loitering is illegal. Loitering is when you hang around a property you have no business being near.
