G.K.M.Y
I'm not sure, but did you try to Upgrade? Try doing a fresh clean install instead. It's true that a lot of drivers aren't being supported by Win7. It happened to me too, and I just had to go to the manufacture sites to DL compatible drivers. Guest The_Monkey
If for some reason you don't follow the good logic of doing a clean install (only god will know why you would put yourself through that horror), you can load drivers during installation for your graphics card. Just inflate the graphics driver, put it on a thumb drive, and when it shows your partitions, you can add drivers there. Of course, I'm making the assumption that you will see that screen on an upgrade.
60Seconds
I really can't tell the difference between Vista and 7. 7 actually looks worse. Vista is fine with me

No, vista looks like shit compared to 7. B. It takes barley 2gigs of ram to run 64bit ultimate.
John
Might as well, there is already quite a few games that are windows 7/vista only, since it's Direct X 10/11. I installed Windows 7 on my laptop recently, and it instantly started running alot smoother, since vista was no longer on it. I've had fewer bugs and issues running programs. CubanCarlos
FUCK YOU WINDOWS VISTA, GET BILL GATES IN HERE. (South Park for all you b00ns) Hmmm... I have Vista on this laptop, I suppose I like it, although I have stupidly stupid problems, for example, if I double click an MP3 to open it in WMP, sometimes WMP shows up, but the music never loads, there is just a big box where all those colours show up. Other times programs just decide to "has stopped working", the connection manager SUCKS aswell... Plus, my laptop came with Norton Internet Security, this says that my computer is infected every time I run IE, it is obvious my computer is infected with IE, I INSTALLED IT... I might sell this laptop to my mum, she needs a laptop for her University work, I'll probably buy a desktop after Christmas, probably some time around January when all the prices are down, I'll want a new clean one, so I'm best off getting one with Windows 7 Pre-Installed, right? did you just say you were going to sell your laptop to your mom?! damn, thats a good idea... Wingless
I really can't tell the difference between Vista and 7. 7 actually looks worse. Vista is fine with me Because you're silly. I have better snap and memory management in 7 than I could ever get out of Vista. Probably partially due to the fact that isn't a GIANT, GAPING MEMORY LEAK that snuck through QA like in Vista, but y'know. Though I'm breaking the paradigm right now by posting this from the new Ubuntu build with Chromium as my browser.
