Cant Login With Steam + Admin Application

Hi,

Im trying to login the website with steam, but its not working. I used my steam name to sign up for this but I cant get it to connect to my steam account. I also want to sign up for admin do you have to be a member of the site or the server, I want apply but it wont let me summit my form. Ive been on the server for awhile and I want to stop all of this vote kick abuse and other things that have made people mad.

If im not mistaken steam sign in is broken as of right now. And for the admin thing anybody can get a admin account for 15 usd a month. If your talking about mod than you have to be a member or a recruit with a staff recommendation. But mod apps are closed. Go here https://hellsgamers.com/store/ to buy admin.
