Zombie Survival No Spawn Glitch

This is a major Zombie Survival Glitch that has been around for ages. It's a serious issue.

• Not map specific
  
• Does not appear to be time-specific
  
• When joining server after you're unable to spawn as human, you are in the void
  
• Rounds continue even after wave six, but right after wave six ends, wave seven starts, and so on
  
• Game does not end even if all zombies have died
  
• Unable to reproduce on command
  

Humans:

• When killed, you spawn as a zombie normally
  
• Kill in console does nothing
  

Zombies:

• When killed as zombie, the option to respawn does not appear
  
• Boss zombies do not get chosen/spawned
  
• Kill in console works normally
  

NPCs:

• NPCs do not spawn when spawned as zombies
  
• NPCs spawn fine as humans, even when redeemed
  

Recorded times this has happened:

• December 11, 2017, 2:48 AM PST, issue started around approx wave 5, map Urban Strain
  
• January 5, 2018, approx 1:00 AM PST, issue started approx at start of map, map zs_ocx_orly_v4b
  

It may or may not be important to note that these two events happened 25 days apart.
