Wingless Posted November 28, 2009 Share Posted November 28, 2009 After it's done with a cold boot, there shouldn't be anything running consistently enough to cause CPU thrash like that. First thing that comes to mind is "virus". And in case anyone was wondering, you can double click on any of the tan space on task manager to strip the border bars off of it.
