Libb
I really need help with something. For some reason, my microphone doesn't work on the only computer in the house that can run games with high graphics like Left 4 Dead 2, and Modern Warfare 2. It works on my other computer which I prefer to play on for Counter Strike Source and Team Fortress 2, it works perfectly fine on that computer. Can someone help me fix this problem? The computer that my microphone doesn't work on is a Vista by the way.
Rize
Upgrade to windows 7. I'd bet money that your mic will work then.

Spy
Did it need a driver? or Changed port's?
zoro34
I dont know if this is relivant but if it stopped working after playing L4D 2 that might be the reason. My mic stops working when i play L4D and jsut spams annoying static im not sure if there is a difference for L4D 2 I have come up with a whole annoying process to get my mic working again when this happens but im not sure if it would work on vista or even if its the same problem.
