GRIZZLY
Restart the computer, start the computer in safe mode. Change the password, restart again and done.

Wingless
Try OLPWR if you don't have another admin account to log into. http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ (disclaimer that I assume you're using this for white-hat hacking)
Spy
Well, next time change it to somthing u can remeber or dont pw it?. Also try Wingless approach Brute force, or Go to ur a PC shop by a Windows 7 disc or ask them can they reformate / recove it..
Wingless
Assuming I understand spy's broken English well enough, don't do anything in his post. Please. There is no reliable or remotely efficient way to brute force without having admin access or access to another OS to mount the partition. Repair shops will pretty much rape you with fees and you run a high risk of being defrauded or having your personal information copied. Wingless
Here's a lazy guide for dealing with computer stupidity. It has a section on recovering your data and wiping the drive. Linux does get the job done. http://lifehacker.com/5413223/how-to-fix-your-relatives-terrible-computer?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed:+lifehacker/full+(Lifehacker)&utm_content=Google+Reader
