If you connected your steam account correctly to your forum account then youre not banned (https://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?sf=bid&so=is&st=STEAM_0%3A0%3A598581422). Try restarting your game and reconnecting and if that still doesnt work, try verifying your game integrity (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335) : )
