No my friend, you see, the Council has looked down on humans for generations, they even tried to tell me I wasn't a fit Spectre. However, I showed them, I brought down Saren and the Geth on 5 planets, for what? To help the galaxy, not humanity. In the end it was either concentrate all of my forces on defeating Sovereign or saving the Council with the dissipating fleet The Alliance had.
