How about a second opinion or at least point out whatever suspicious shots you see in that demo and I'm sure I can explain them... I don't know if you play crackhouse much but it'd be nice if somebody who did would review the demo. All I really do that may look suspicious is pre-aim and pre-fire common spots. Slazenger Posted December 27, 2009 Share Posted December 27, 2009 (edited) I reviewed the demo twice in slow motion and with r_drawothermodels 2, and I don't think the evidence we have here is worthy of a ban. You prefire the same points every round. A couple kills could look sketchy, but you saw the player once and then the player didn't move and you picked them off. You nade the same spot every round. And based on map positions given to you by teammates you could have been able to double back around and get someone who was behind you. Considering the amount of demoing that Crosshair did that was inconclusive as well as the demo here, I'd say that this was a mistake. People make mistakes. Sometimes the banning admin, sometimes the reviewer, and sometimes the re-reviewer. It's possible that I'm wrong here. I respect Clark's decision and he is quite experienced in CS:S so if he's sure that it is walls, I don't think we can refute that. Clark take a look at this demo, all he was doing is what I do on crackhouse. 1. Prefire the 4 main approach spots 2. form a timed rotation. 3. remain consistant. but: 1. he got knifed. 2. most of his shots missed 3. he spotted 90% of what he shot at. I dont think he hacks.
