6. : well i know Apo since long time he used to be really cool but since he got his admin we can see him global mute everybody because he concider they mic spam , yeah sometime i agree with him to do that but some other time its just ...abuse and also i got 3 picture ( proof ) of him gaging me and another player for using type chat regulary .

Seriously he really remind me Aaron an old admin that got banned for the same reason but i pretty sure im reporting him for notting because i know a lot of ppl are going to take his side but watever ...i wasn't spamming he gaged 2 guys for fun because he was still raging and thats admin abuse , ho and if you need further proof of that well i might just keep on playing and taking some pic of him when he does such thing

When I gagged you, you were spamming chat, as was "The Deadly Stripper." Immediately after I gave you both a warning and then ungagged you.

 

When I do a global mute, it's when both sides, CT and T are spamming like crazy and no one can differentiate Lead CT from another CT because of the spam. You did fail to mention that when I do a global mute, I immediately give EVERYONE a warning and then unmute EVERYONE again. On most occasions, this works effectively and everyone quiets down so that orders can be given.

 

Never once have I gagged or muted someone for "fun." It really upsets me that when an admin is doing their job that people tend to rage about how the admin is "abusing" or just "raging" on people for no reason when, in fact, the admin is doing their job trying to keep order on the server.

 

 

You also failed to mention that you tend to try and tell admins what to do, or how to do their job. I think it's best that you don't do that because I know some that take that as being disrespectful.

 

No, I'm not perfect, I'm well aware; but, when I make a decision as an admin, it's what I feel is best for the players in the server and what's best for keeping an HG server running as it should without spammers, hackers, etc roaming the server making it less enjoyable for others playing.

I would just like to say this once and we can end the discussion. Apoc, you use the !mute @all command too much. I've spoken to you in the past and people still say you use a lot and sometimes they are left muted for an entire round.

 

 

Just mute the individual spammers. If there are seven or eight people talking at once, use the mute all, then ask them to quiet down and unmute them.

 

This thread doesn't really show enough evidence for something to be done but a reminder should serve the purpose.
