I am convinced after spectating this player for about 6 rounds that he is wall-hacking. It is not coincidence that he lines up all of his shots perfectly on players as he runs around a corner, or that when he is an opposite room that he runs right in and knows exactly where to fire. Before I finally recorded a demo, he had aced the T-team numerous times almost before the other CTs had enter the building. He is clearly wall-hacking.
