Like this. (ALL) VEN | desKrriado: People with HG in nickname, will be banned. ONLY official MEMBERS USE THE CLAN TAG I kick the guy called Bijuu (Kick only) and he said: HG | Bijuu sk3 : who ever kick krazie and I need to check the members list we got invited into HG so dont go trying to ban people or else I willHG | Bijuu sk3 : report HLstatsX resets at the end of every month. HG | Bijuu sk3 : later noobs I can't see the name of Bijuu in "Clan Rooster". So, can I ban him for wear the clan tag? McSexy use the [HG] in CrackHouse. Artillery
I've seen all 3 of those guys, and to be honest I've never really been sure if they are true HG members or not. I know I saw Krazie a few days ago but he has an account on our forums "HG_Krazie" is the account which seems to tip me off to him not being a real member. As for McSexy, I see him in Crackhouse. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Will have to look into this.
Lt. Awesome
When the guy said he was invited, I think that they think, they're in thr clan
K!wi
lol i have some people in the past say that they are in hg if they sign up for the site...
Wingless
Even if they did get accepted, they're not wearing the correct tags, which is enough to get a lot of people pissy on its own. Unless the policy changed on that and nobody told me. Also, connecting with an unknown name and an HG tag is a bad idea unless you show up on sm_who. Dr.jiggles
I understand if they accidentally put a wrong tag for ex -HG- like that, but if there not even in the forums they deserve a ban
n1ckkkkk
I have seen people put HG tags on when they thought they were in HG because they were invited via Steam group

FukLife
I got a question does members of HG show up on sm_who? or are they only the admins and the top20 players?
Wingless
I got a question does members of HG show up on sm_who? or are they only the admins and the top20 players? You have to be in the admin system. I don't think top20 will register you as your HG registered name since they seem to be assigned VIPxxx when you're awarded top20 rights. I think. Maybe something to add if the tag checker script gets put into production?
Dudmarine
just a question about tags, does -HG- still mean supporter/friend of HG?
FukLife
yeah it would be nice to get it so maybe like if your a registered HG member that you show up on Sm_who. So then we can check ingame if they are on clan roster or not if not Ban Hammer gets thrown at them. Just somthing to think about.
FukLife
just a question about tags, does -HG- still mean supporter/friend of HG? -hg- is a recruitment of hg now. Far as I know of put HG after your ingame name shows support.

HG | Wingless = Veteran [HG] Wingless = Clan member -hg- Wingless = Recruit Wingless -HG- = Supporter

Artillery
There seem to be a lot of people wearing the HG tag these days that aren't actually in HG.
Dr.jiggles
Maybe we should put tag protection in which users who arent really members and have hg in there name get kicked unless they changed it, while registered user dont get affected.
