6. Comments:

I saw the spray, removed it, and warned him not to spray it again. The very next round, he sprays the spray again and I asked him if I just told him not to spray it, he never responded.

 

Edit: I tabbed back into the server and saw the spray once more, here is the screenshot of the third time he decided to ignore an admin.
