I am constantly getting blue screen errors during game and usually most errors have to do with win32k.sys I know that that is my os that needs to be updated but every time i try to it doesn't work. We won't truly know if it is a true hardware fault until we can rule out your bloated operating system. Especially since we are getting a vague blue screen. Wingless Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 You could pull the stop code and see if anything amusing comes up, but if not, I agree; you're going to want to reload the OS and see if the problem crops back up again. I'm starting to get a little more lax with 7, but I still think you should wipe the thing every 6-12 months anyway. Registry and whatnot.
