However, the rules are slightly odd and strict against the CT's. For example, last night it was a free day. There was a prisoner who had gotten an AK-47, and was pointing it at my face. For two minutes, taunting me via mic, until he just got bored and shot my face. IMO, if the Prisoner has a primary weapon and no intentions of dropping it, AND pointing it at you, you should be able to shoot his face in. Thoughts?
