Bahl
Question! So... At school, we have a web filter, and you can bypass it through proxies. Is there a way to make it so firefox can run through a proxy? I started using foxyproxy, but I didnt get to far. There was also something about telling the computer how the filter blocks stuff so it can automatically find a proxy to connect to. If I'm just smoking crack, its ok, I just want to know if there is anyone out there more knowledgeable than myself.
Devistator
Use a web based proxy such as http://nexusbooter.info .

I Love Lamp
Most web filters have proxy sites blocked, or have ports heavily restricted. People spend millions of dollars on filtering software. Do you really think they are gonna be easily bustable by a kid at school?
Guest The_Monkey
here is how you get around this...mmmmk? Setup VNC, either real VNC or ultra VNC. Forward the ports to your computer. Download the VNC viewer to a thumb drive to take to school with you. Remote into your home computer with VNC....surf to your hearts content. Win!!! Gracefail<3
Truthfully, You shouldn't even be trying this in the first place.. Schools usually use a screen viewer on most public computers..

EZBake Oven
TOR on the Flash Drive. Torproject.org Tor consists of multiple programs working as one. And for Tor to work on Firefox, you'll need the Torbutton add-on. But I can believe that Tor can be used on a Flash Drive.

The only problem with TOR is that it's SLOW.
