Epic Vagina
first im not sure if this is the correct section but it has a lot to do with JB. could there be a system put in were if a member gets enough t-lists they would be promoted i was thinking this could work like the referral system, x number of t-lists reports that go through x amount of awards ( could also go with bans). they would first get t-list capabilities then veteran status for rewards. i think it would be good to repay the people who t-list and help clean up the servers. CubanCarlos
erm.... In a way, that is already set... anyone who is active and does ban reports and T-lists regularly will be rewarded eventually. While there is no "Official" system for it, im not sure they will create one, as it will degrade the surprise of a good work's reward... Epic Vagina
if it was official i think more people will try and do t-list / ban reports if they are working towards something they know will happen
Slazenger
I hate to be negative, but the last thing I want is random people getting access to T-list. It's hard enough coordinating the people that have it now to do things the same way. It would also just encourage people to try to T-list everyone rather than make legitimate T-list requests. It's great that you want to help, so just keep posting T-lists and doing your best to keep the server under control. I like having more people with T-list capabilities, but it needs to be done on a personal level with Council giving it out, as it is now. The number of T-lists is irrelevant. The maturity, accuracy, attention to detail, and loyalty is much more important. Thanks Vagina.
n1ckkkkk
Your t-listsmake seem as if they go un-noticed But council/staff/every other HG member sees it and recognizses it Your hard work does get noticed
Weeman
hard work is always noticed, but we also notice if you EXPECT something in return. we look for those who help out willingly not expecting us to bake them a cake of free admin and exclusive access. when you ask us for stuff it usually reflects with a (these dudes power hungry) attitude. People would start making lots of t-lists for stuff like 1 freekill.

Keep up the good work guys, dont worry about being rewarded, think about helping out the community and eliminating freekillers.
