Motd clarification

The Last Reaction part of Motd says that Last Reaction applicable to all games EXCEPT evil simon.

 

Does this mean that the game is prohibited to be spoken of during evil simon, or it can be used during evil simon as a trap?

When I told this to some CT's 5 of then including an admin told me I was wrong and ignored me. Most people do it as a tarp and think its okay.

It should be the t's responsibility to know that you can't play it during evil simon though right? The only thing is, if people are actually following orders, it ends up with ct's who don't know the MOTD freekilling

exactly so next time a ct trys doing this you tell them its right there in the motd if they actually read it, and if they dont feel like reading it i'll come in and give them a timeout
