When the Lead CT says "Last Reaction" and then an order, the last person to perform the order gets killed. But, the Lead CT may say "First Reaction" and then an order. The first person to perform the order is killed in this instance. Only 1 T may be killed per order. Last Reaction/First Reaction can be played without warning EXCEPT during (Evil) Simon Says, therefore "testing your reaction". This means if the Lead CT says a last reaction order during a game, you must perform it. Nowhere in the above does it say "Lead CT must designate a shooter." I was told that "it says it on the forums in the banned games thread" (https://hellsgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15743), it does not. Yet, for some reason the Lead CT was slayed after 4 consecutive Last Reactions because he didn't designate a shooter (although the lead CT was the only one at the time shooting and no other CT was).---Please clarify, either in the Banned Games thread or the MOTD, these "spoken rules" that people claim to hold on to. Another issue that I've come across is "Gunplanting during !LR". I've been told by many of admins that this was a non-issue and it wasn't really "gunplanting" (in fact, some of them do it). However, today I was informed by another admin that it's still "gunplanting" no matter if it's !LR or not, so "don't do it or you'll get banned".----Please clarify the rules and regulations regarding giving T's a gun during the !LR. Have the full motd in a stickied forum thread that only slaz, council and staff can post in. And make a post everytime time its updated. That would be really really simple and it would help a lot of the confusion. please consider?
