Please tell us about the incident: Vagina switch himself to CT using admin powers/abilities. He than played maybe 1-2 rounds and then went AFK for well over 15+ (I could say 20 or more) rounds on CT where he was never switched or disconnected or anything. Many people wanted to join CT because there were some horrible leads and even a time or two when there was no lead at all (seriously, nobody was giving orders!), yet they couldn't do this because the server balance and one effect of this was AFK CT players *such as Vagina*. It's one thing for an admin to switch themselves over to CT's when it's slightly unbalanced (maybe because of no lead or maybe FKers or whatever), it's a whole other thing for them to do that and then go AFK for over an hour while still on the CT's side and still connected to the game the whole time taking up a slot. It may seem like minor abuse to some (not like a massive slaying or kicking or banning, or whatever), but to those on the server at the time it's completely unjustified. P.S. He came back on vent after a while after this and said "Oh, I was AFK watching 24". His excuse for this lapse, instead of going to spectator mode or disconnecting from the server, was watching TV.... Slazenger Posted March 2, 2010 Share Posted March 2, 2010 There are worse things to worry about. Admins can swap themselves as long as they are not stacking the teams (going past a 2:1 ratio). As far as going AFK, it's treated just like it would be with any other player. Find an admin to move them. This isn't abuse unless he stacked the teams, and even then..it's minor.
