About what time: 9:00-9:30ish PST (March 11th, 2010) 5. PROOF: (screenshots) 6. Please tell us about the incident: We just loaded into the Breakship map on minigames. I got a gun and shot Bone in the head killing him. I said over the mic, "oh shit, I got you Bone!".....bad idea apparently because he slayed me and then laughed about it. A person over the mic said "abuse" and another person typed it, I kind of agreed, but really didn't think nothing of it and just was like "well fuck". But then, Bone typed in all "Not abuse, Racism"....and I was like "WTF? What racism? I'm not racist", ...and then around 15-30sec later he types out my name next to a racist word trying to make it look like I said that word. I told him he's lying and "can take those fake ass words and shove them where the sun don't shine!" That's when he typed "In your ass" and the incident pretty much ended. The reason why I'm writing this report is to cover my own ass (as suggested by a staff member*) in case Bone tries to cop up some ban report against me for racist for his fake wording in trying to make me look racist. I'm not racist and would never say the word that he accused me to say. This just really pisses me off and the more I look at it, the more it looks like Bone is racist for trying to say the word when used to plant on another person. *Talked to Ambush about this* People that were there at the time (references): De3ViNe Nomnomnom. The hillarious thing is about this, is you actually came into the server, I spoke to you and then you laughed about it, saying "haha, I know" If you actually take me serious then you really need to get to know me more, half the things I do is and are a Joke, I thought we were friends and you understood i was messing about, I do it with Church all the time. If you honestly toke me serious and are making this thread because you think I'm going to make a report and or get my admin remove. I apoligize to you for trying to joke with you that you toke the wrong way, In the future I will restrain from messing around with you as I honestly thought we were tight. Why would you bring the word up is what we're asking? There was no need and no provocation. No one's saying you're racist. But you used admin all chat to say a word that has no other purpose than an insult. We ban people for saying it, starred or not. =/ And again, you just felt like slaying him thinking it would produce lols? And you still haven't told us why you slayed Siphaed. I slayed siph as a JOKE, it was towards the end of the round, so i didn't see it would make that big of a Shock. I've seen what I've done wrong and if you want I'll ban my self, I apoligised, what more do you want? I'm truely sorry that what I did people got so offened by. I also realise people cna have fun with out using admin, i know that, I slayed him as a joke a few people laughed, and even siph laughed about it later. It was the racism accusations that you posted within the the server, openly, when it was full of 20 players (several randoms) that bothered me. It was like standing in public, pointing a finger at me and saying "hang him!". Maybe that's the way you joke, but other's could have just automatically went with it and though that indeed I was a racist...they could have come to these forums and wrote out a ban report against me for no reason other than what you'd "joked" saying. Racism I take very seriously and do not condone it, approve of it, nor take part in it. I bitch out players who try to loophole the rules on JB by replacing the "i" with an "a" in the N-word to say that they're using it for the purl of people that nag when really that's "nagging people" not what they say. Siphead makes an abuse or ban report about something QQish everyday. I for one am getting sick of it. I know the racism part of this might be a serious but it was a joke. I have been playing with bone for a long time now and he is not racist and never has been. It was a joke and I think siphead should learn to joke a little more. Siph, when you said WTF NO I DIDN'T, I responded defending you when people said omg he's being racist, I said no he didn't I was joking he didn't type that, I said to defend you so nobody would take it serious. I personally dont care about you slaying him as a joke but the other part, saying the ****** word does. And i'm sure it offended somone for this to be here.
