No longer -hg-? need HELP

I haven't been able to play for the last 2-3 weeks due to a virus. That is now resolved and I hopped on Jailbreak to play. However it will not let me play with the -hg- tag it says that my steam id is not registered as HG or w/e. I am positive I am truly in(or was) -hg-.

 

I went through the whole process of going on vent and talking to a guy and everything I wore the -hg- tag for like 2 weeks but then Like I said the virus happend and I stopped for 2-3 weeks.

 

 

If someone could tell me what happend that'd be really cool, thanks

 

 

Ps- I have a hunch its got something to do that I was on such a long absense.

I know I see that as well. But like I said it moves me to spectators and says that I will not be able to play until i take the -hg- tag off. Its not that big of a deal but I'd like it to be resolved if possible.

Your steamID isn't correctly entered on the forums. We have a new script that prevents possible HG Impersonators.

 

Go to your user control panel and input your steamID in the correct format and when you return to Jailbreak it will check the site, see your steamID is registered to an hg member on the website and allow you to keep the tag in the server.

 

If you've got any questions about how to find your steamid just ask in this thread.
