I know I'm not suppose to give more since it's out of three and it's technically impossible, but he free killed a ton and he came back multiple times after being kicked/banned and continually free killing. With this his warning rate would be 7/3, which I think would be an ip ban ^^ Additionally, with what pepsi said, I can confirm everything, because well I saw it and it's true.
