[not unbanned] i want to be unbanned. how does it work?

i like playing the server and i got into an argument and the guy decides to ban me. seriously??? is that how yall gain gamers into the server. i'd like to keep playing the iceworld_arena Counter strike server and i wont talk crap anymore. but some of the people there just provoke things. anyways someone help me get unbaned
