Considering the fact that when running a search in my logs (which have gaps) I got 58 hits for !mute mafia and also compounded with the fact that I've seen him micspam and break rules and compounded also with the fact that he is repeatedly kicked for the trouble he has caused and finally his ban record I think this is appropriate.
