IceFilms.info - Quality DivX TV & Movies

It's a website that has just about every TV show and movie imaginable to watch for free. And it's the closest you can get to being legal as far as watching stuff for free is. You need three things to use this service: Firefox with the "greasemonkey" addon, the icefilms greasemonkey script, and DivX high def video player.

To walk you through the quick setup to get you started watching (complete each step before continuing to the next):

Note: Do update DivX, install the older version.

  1. Install DivX player: http://download.divx.com/divx/webplayer/labs/DivXWebPlayer142Beta2.exe
  2. Install Firefox if you do not have it (it's the best broswer anyway...so don't worry): Mozilla Download
  3. Install the Greasemonkey Addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/latest/748/addon-748-latest.xpi?src=addondetail
  4. Install the icefilms greasemonkey script (turns the stored video file into streaming video): http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/58869.user.js
  5. Hop onto icefilms.info (no accounts or anything), find a movie/show, click it and then select any of the Megaupload links.

  6. Wait 45 seconds (due to Megaupload's 45 second wait time before allowing downloads) and it will start streaming immediately. It usually streams at around 400-900kb/s, leaving you to watch uninterrupted content. Ignore the messages to update DivX, the new version doesn't support Icefilms.

Enjoy guys.

Alternately, if you don't trust the links I provided for the direct downloads, pick a movie from icefilms and it will explain the steps of installing everything (much more convoluted).

It's the best site out there.

Bah we might lose our legal right to download <_< apparently, if we want to trade better with the EU we have to follow their rules (i.e. No more downloading for us Canadians)

but meh, I do like having the convenience (like OP Said) but hmm then again I do not watch much TV or even movies for that matter >_>

haha, torrenting works good as long as you don't get caught !! xD

thepiratebay is lawlible for that reason =]
