First apply for HellsGamers. You are yet a [Friend of HG] on the forums. If you have been accepted before and was inactive...you were most likely demoted/kicked out due to inactive. This is the only thing I can think of. If you have any questions...hop into vent and stop by the help desk to talk with someone more one on one.
