Grandparents

What do you call them? : opa and oma (german)

Which side of family? : moms

what they do for you and stuff like that: make me cookies :), take me places when parents cant, record tv shows, are loving

 

 

 

tell us about your grandparents :) ( dont have to go by my little template thing)

All four of my grandparents have passed away.

 

Mom's Side: Grandpa and Grandma (or Gram)

Dad's Side: PopPop and Nana

 

 

I'm a late addition to my family. Nana was the oldest -- we were 87 years apart. Grandpa was the youngest -- we were 79 years apart. So yep. That's right. Learn a little bit about Slazzy.

 

I'm 19, my parents are 65 and 61, I have three siblings ages 39, 37, 36.

 

 

 

I'm the mistake (or afterthought...as they say) and was raised kinda differently, having siblings old enough to be my parents. It was fun and I wouldn't trade it in for anything else.

My paternal Grandparents both Immigrants from Germany; Oma = Grandmother, Opa = Grandfather

 

My maternal Grandparents both Immigrants from Greece (Sparta Actually); Yiayia = Grandmother, Papou = Grandfather

 

Never called them anything else.

Mom's side of the fam: wama (grandmother) and papa (grandfather)

(my grandfather is actually white. my whole fam is vietnamese)

Father's side of the fam: baba (grandmother) but she died like 10 years ago. & i never met my grandfather on my dad's side.

 

My grandmother used to take me grocery shopping after school all throughout grade school.

she gives me money on chinese new years...& my grandfather has given my an electric toy monster truck.

lol
