seeing as how people are voting and not leaving their input I will, I have a few issues with the bomb(I still love it and you crosshair) that i think should be dealt with. The bomb should not spawn below X amount of players, the volume should be lowered and i believe the bomb should only respawn 2 times at most, I saw it go from T to T 4 times in a matter of seconds after each one detonated. There was so much ALAHALAHAHAHA that i hid under my couch.

Totally agree. 2 bombs max is more than enough. It would be nice if you could restrict it to not exploding on obstacle too, so annoying when you get quite far and the bomb sends you off.

Honestly, there are several issues with our current bomb. What would be cooler is if we had a bomb that had a slightly larger radius but disabled (aka took away) everyone's guns within the radius. Make something up? EMP (yes...our guns are not mechanical.) No blowback, no killing lead CT and causing utter chaos, just a lot of fun when you have knives in that radius. Turns into a life-or-death situation.

 

 

I think that would be the best thing we can do. Use the same coding as the gun strippers.

 

 

MAYBE IF I MAKE THIS COLORFUL PEOPLE WILL NOTICE IT!!

Honestly, there are several issues with our current bomb. What would be cooler is if we had a bomb that had a slightly larger radius but disabled (aka took away) everyone's guns within the radius. Make something up? EMP (yes...our guns are not mechanical.) No blowback, no killing lead CT and causing utter chaos, just a lot of fun when you have knives in that radius. Turns into a life-or-death situation.

 

 

I think that would be the best things we can do. Use the same coding as the gun strippers.

 

That would be pretty sweet. Perhaps have both types of bombs but randomise them (50/50 chance), adds a bit more variety to the game, and maybe a little suspense as to what the bomb is going to do.

As an add-on to this, supporters and admins get the option to choose EMP or Jihad if they get the bomb (GUI menu)?

Yeah, Like I said Bomb is great but when there is like 4 ts and 2 cts well the round is over at 5:15, 5:30.. Not all the time but when there is less then 10 ts or 15 or what ever the bomb should get disactivate :P. when the ts get push out from the bomb its making it more realist.. I know there is a lot of frekilling about it and on obs. is not the best. Some ts hate obs. because of that..

 

[it's not a good thing when ts get push out from the bomb.. "freekilling" & on obs. is not a good idea..]

I like the bomb but I definitely think it should not blow back ts, same reasons as mentioned before.

 

With less than x people in the server, though, I don't mind the bomb remaining in. I guess it is just the type of people I happen to play with at such a small number, but usually everyone is really cool about it and the t won't even detonate it if everyone likes the lead. Plus I usually never see more than one or two kills due to the bomb usually, only time more is typically at the beginning of the round.

The bomb is my favorite part of JB.

 

It can be disruptive and/or hilarious.

 

I think CTs should plan events around the bomb, not have to remove it for a certain prisoner count.

 

Maybe, make the bomb spawn in a random cell, not on a random T (not sure if it can be done).

hmm, I think we should have no blow back on T's. I like having the bomb in game, its definetly a game changer. Lead ct just needs to know how to play and theyd be fine.

 

Emp bomb would be ok if radius is small. If emp bomb goes off (or w/e were calling it) then it could kill at cts if radius is to big, T's would have a BETTER chance to win if many cts get hit with it. i dunno, just my opinion.

 

Overall i think it should not be present with under 5 cts and never first cell. Why not first cell? because the server lags getting everyone in and it gets cts that are loading in (from server lag) killed...
