I like the MOTD the way it is too. It's specific, and we know exactly what is a freekill and what isn't. With the new one, we'll have people saying "that's a freekill!", while others saying "no it isn't"... With the long one we know exactly what is legit, and what isn't.

 

I really like Homer's idea though. Put in the new one, with a link leading to the longer and more detailed one in case they need clarification on a certain aspect
