I actually have Charter myself. Besides the normal administrative access to their modems for Firewall control, there's also something called a "Super Adminstrator" level that has a hidden Firewall. I didn't find that out until I had a technician come to my house a 2nd time to figure out WTF was going on with my connection and why it was blocking over half my shit. So...he used that and removed the Firewall because I demanded him to otherwise I told him that they could take their hidden blocking service and shove it where the sun don't shine.
