[fixed] Please reduce the console chat spam.

The amount of useless server information spammed in chat has always bugged me on Jailbreak. It would be so much better if I didn't have to dig through all the hellsgamers stuff all the time just to read what players are saying. Here are things that will not be missed if removed:

 

1. [sM] Console: Muted -name-. (this seems to be half of my text-box)

2. [HeLLsGamers HeLLbreak] -name- is now a rioter! (since red does not mean dead this one is stupid.)

3. [HeLLsGamers HeLLbreak] -name- killed the rioter -name-. (^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^)

4. Current Top20 Ranked Players Get Free VIP Reserved Slot w/ HG Skins. (updated every hour)

[sM] Next Map: ba_jail_alcatraz_final_BETA (this one isn't even true)

5. The MASSIVE WALL OF TEXT at the start of each round needs to be shortened significantly for obvious reasons

 

Please consider this!

I find 3 kinda helpful as a CT. But everything else I think is kinda useless.

I find 2. helpful in certain situations as an admin. If I see a kill in the top right and it never said he was a rioter in the chat, I tend to ask about it.

Koopa i'm getting really sick of your red = dead QQ. In most cases now red does =dead if not all.

Red usually does mean dead. But it DOESNT = DEAD!

it just implies.

 

I agree with koopa except i do like to see " Is now a rioter" cause then u can see a name.

But i suppose with red prisoners, its ok to not see any of it.

 

 

The spam in JB is pretty rediculous, especially when you have to go to console to see most of chat, haha.

Alrighty, I'll make the muting silent. The rioter message is useful for when a prisoner is hiding and kills a CT. Let's the CT's know there's someone missing sometimes =P

glad to hear about the mute spam getting removed(hopefully).

 

I personally think when that's gone, the rest won't seem so bad in comparison, as it's near constant when the server's full due to people rebelling/failing orders.
