It comes with everything that you need, no weights required. You will need an AVI player like DivX, its free to download just google DivX download and you should be good. Dont worry the download doesnt have any viruses or anything. And you do need U torrent. I've never seen this Beach Body thing but I'm curious. Why not try to find the P90x workout plan. I know for a fact that's legit from friends. I mean, ur not gonna look like the Rock or anything but it does give u a nice workout. Anyways, just curious if u have had success with the files or not.
