Lucky
Can someone help me fix this? I went on the Dust2 server and admin skins look like this.
enigma#
Hi lucky, This happens often if 1. Corrupt texture or 2. you block downloading in-game For corrupt textures: goto x:\program files\steam\steamapps\%yourusername%\counter-strike source\cstrike\models\ find the HG models and delete them For blocked downloads: cl_allowdownload 1 cl_downloadfilter all in your autoexec.cfg or type it in before you go into any HG server

Wingless
Owned. Do what Enigma said. You probably have a blocked/botched download of the supporter models.
I Love Lamp
That's our new supporter model.

desKrriado
Same problem in bhop central (Not in all maps). Models works perfect in Icerworld, Dust2 and Crackhouse.
Kinta
You're all wrong. I set my CSS up to auto hack the server models and do this. This way no one can see my head and barely notice my gun before I shoot them.
enigma#
lol Kinta you just like to cheat period if it weren't for the fact you hide them too well I'd have you banned <

Darkplanner
Lol, you should have pedobear as a supporter model.
Lucky
cl_allowdownload 1cl_downloadfilter all in your autoexec.cfg or type it in before you go into any HG server I tried going through to my folders to the models one and nothing came up. Like I couldn't find the models folder. I also tried the commands in console, joined an HG server, it started to download again, and I still had the ERROR problem with the support skins. You're missing a folder somewhere. If you've ever downloaded/installed something custom, you have a models folder. In fact, I think models is a requisite folder for the game to work. You might try looking in the common folder instead of the user folder. I've seen some games install there, but I'm not sure if CS is the one. Windows find is also your friend sometimes. It was really weird because there should be one for the basic Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists. But anyways, I deleted the one that said "models" and I went back to the server to download the files again and I still saw the huge ERROR. I'm starting to get a little frustrated with Steam. Lately I've been playing MW2 because of this error. If anyone can make anymore suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
Cr(+)sshair
Exit steam, delete models, restart steam and see if that works. Steam has a "cache" area that may be fucking you up!

Cr(+)sshair
I have already tried that, but it wouldn't hurt to try it again. Remember, steam CANNOT be running when you delete models. (Check the process in task manager) Make sure steam.exe and hl2.exe are terminated.

Lucky
Alright Crosshair, I tried it again and it didn't work. I made sure that steam wasn't running and I deleted the folders. I went back to Dust2 DM and redownloaded the files. And I asked Pwned to join the game to see if I still saw the error model and I still did. I don't know what to do. Wingless
Sorry, I was going to post last night, but I was kind of busy experiencing how badly the new Karate Kid tries to ruin my child hood and then getting laid. Have you run a "verify files" on Counterstrike? It's fixed a few issues where I was missing requisite files. Worst case, deleting local content for the game and pulling down clean, vanilla CS:S pretty much does the trick.

I will check more when I get home since I do not have access to a stable steam login. rofl e.g. resources -> models -> hellsgamers something like that

BlackEyes
Try deleting models and materials folder, then starting your game and joining the server. If not, here. [extract and place folder in cstrike/models/player] and here. [extract and place folder in cstrike/materials/models/player] Sorry the second one is not in zhost, but it was too big of a file for zhost to accept it.
